The hotel's rooms were really lovely, very clean, and with great views across the city depending on which side of the triangle you're on. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and there was plenty of space in the rooms. The service was caring about our satisfaction and some staff, especially in the breakfast area, were super nice. The location was amazing, near the RAI center and the train station, making it perfect for getting around the city. The dining experience was truly amazing with a great choice, but some felt it wasn't good value for money. The hotel had excellent facilities.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially during a time of distress when I left my laptop on the train.
